Iceland Industrial — also known publicly as Iceland Concrete — is the construction arm of the Neechi-Wâgan group. Founded by Vincent Jonasson in 2009, it operates out of Saskatchewan and brings hands-on capacity to projects across the prairie and the north.

Indigenous workforce
Iceland is committed to mentoring Indigenous youth and building capacity within the trades. Apprenticeship pathways, training, and long-term employment for Indigenous workers are core to how the company is run.
