Outside proposals are rarely written for the community. They are written for the proposing party. Our job is to read what is actually on the page — and what isn't — and to translate it into plain terms a council can act on with confidence.

What we look at

Financial terms, governance and decision rights, risk and liability allocation, environmental and land impact, employment and procurement obligations, exit and termination provisions, and the long-term consequences of every clause. We pull the threads that boilerplate hides.

What you receive

A written assessment in plain language, a side-by-side of what's promised versus what's enforceable, a list of specific changes we would negotiate, and a council-ready presentation if you want one. We sit in on the meeting when it matters.

Independent, every time

We do not work for the proposing party — ever. There are no contingent fees, no referral relationships with the company across the table. The advice is ours and the loyalty is to the community paying for it.
