How we work

Long-term relationships, not one-off engagements. We learn the community, the priorities, the history, and the people. By the time a decision arrives, the advice is already grounded.

What we will not do

We do not push communities toward decisions that serve our own pipeline. We do not deliver advice on a deadline that doesn't allow the council to deliberate. We do not work both sides of a negotiation.
